  • We will arrange private transfers in a standard car (sedan) for groups of 1-4 people, and in a larger van for groups of 5 people and more. If you’re traveling in a smaller group but want to travel in a more spacious car, we recommend booking a 5-people tour to take advantage of a larger vehicle.
  • The guide will meet you on site. During transfers, your English and Polish speaking driver will be able to provide information and answer inquiries.
  • Guided tours inside the churches during mass and special events (such as scheduled concerts) are limited, therefore the guide may provide all information outside. It is advised to cover your shoulders and knees during the church tour.
  • Lunch / table reservations in Czestochowa can be organized upon request.

See magnificent Pauline Monastery that will delight you with the architecture.

Stroll down to the city, meet your guide and start your sightseeing. See beautiful Town Hall and walk around to see fantastic Church of St. James. Also enter an impressive Cathedral of the Holy Family with one of the biggest organs in whole Poland. Walk through relaxing Staszic Park to reach Jasna Gora.

It’s most recognizable place with sacral building and many pilgrims. Enjoy guided tour around chapels, Basilica, Knights’ Hall and much more. The greatest treasure is the Miraculous Image of the Mother of God, called also Black Madonna painting and you will see it with your own eyes. This place also related with important historical facts like role of the fortress during Swedish war in XVII century. There will be also some free time to spend on your own in Jasna Gora. It’s occasion to relax, meditate and enjoy this place. Also you will have a break before going back to Krakow and you can use it as your free time for lunch or buying souvenirs.

I'm a solo traveller, is there a single supplement?

There is no single supplement surcharge for single travellers as this is a private tour. The more travelers in your private group the bigger the discount for the private tour.

What is cancellation policy?

Cancellation fees – Cancellation fees may apply to any cancellations by the traveller of a service provided by Get-Locals.com. Unless otherwise specified, the cancellation policy is as follows:

  1. Cancellations for set tours and made more than 24 hours prior to travel receive a full refund.
  2. Cancellations for set tours made 24 hours or less prior to travel require the traveller to pay for the tour in full, and no refund will be issued.

 

   

     Cancellations for custom itineraries (“Create Your Own”) are as follows:

  • 60+ days to departure – Full refund
  • 59 – 31 days to departure – 50% cancellation fee
  • 30 days and under to departure – 100% cancellation fee

What happens in the event of bad weather?

In the event of bad weather forecast we will contact you the day before and offer you either a refund or an amended tour for the following day.

We always advice to wear suitable clothing for the day of the tour as not every day is guaranteed sunshine.
