Join us for a thoroughly enjoyable afternoon of cycling around the green heart of St Petersburg. See some of St Petersburg’s famous sights but also some of her quirky hidden gems too, such as the Field of Mars. Your Russian guide will lead you to some of their favorite places to relax and enjoy the city, along the way we will stop for some truly authentic Russian snacks and a refreshing drink. St Petersburg is like a living museum every few minutes. You will see wonderful architecture and be amazed at this beautiful city. We can’t think of a better way to spend 4 hours in the city! This tour will be especially interesting for families with children!

Hop on your bicycles for a smooth ride through the streets and parks of St Petersburg! We begin by the pleasant ride around palace Square then move on to the along the river embankment where you will see some spectacular views of the river Neva. We linger here to admire and take photos of the panorama of the river and bridges.

If you’re feeling peckish, don’t despair, because our next stop is at a traditional Russian cafe. Here, we take a lunch break and try some traditional Russian dishes from porridge to vegetable and meat dishes. We also offer you a tasty and refreshing fruit drink that the locals go crazy for, made with wild red berries. In case of good weather, we grab all of this and bring for a picnic on a lake next to the medieval monastery.
After lunch, we get back to the initial meeting point at Palace Square. Before you leave, don’t forget to tap up your local guide for more tips on what else to see, do, and eat during your time in St Petersburg
Please note: The tour lasts 4 hours, mostly riding on a flat bike road approximately 10 kilometers in length. No special physical preparation is required. We suggest putting on some comfy clothes for cycling and comfy shoes. A bottle of water is a very good idea as well!
Dress standard: We recommend that you wear comfortable sport-like clothes and shoes. In case of cold weather, please bring a windbreaker or raincoat, or a hat if it’s very sunny.
Your trip: For this St Petersburg Adventure, you are in a small group of a maximum of 12 people.

Additional information: This tour route is mainly through pedestrianized zones. Please follow the safety instructions provided by the guide so as not to disturb pedestrians. The pace of the ride is calm with frequent stops on the way to explore the neighborhoods.
Closure of sites: Site closures are extremely rare, but if it occurs, we find a substitute location instead.
Child policy: This is a child-friendly tour. Children between the ages of 6 and 11 inclusively are permitted on this tour only if can ride a bike confidently. Please select ‘child’ above when booking. Children under the age of 6 are permitted to join this tour free of charge. Please inform us at the time of booking if you’ll be bringing a child under the age of 6 in order to prepare a child-seat.
There is a minimum of two per booking on this tour.

In the event of bad weather forecast we will contact you the day before and offer you either a refund or an amended tour for the following day.
We always advice to wear suitable clothing for the day of the tour as not every day is guaranteed sunshine.
Generally, hotel pick-up is possible. Contact us beforehand to make an appointment.
Otherwise, we will pick you up at 10:00 in front of St Basil’s Cathedral, on the red square.
