Follow your guide along the Planty Gardens to Poland’s oldest university, Jagiellonian University, founded in 1364. Continue to Wawel Castle, the stately home of Polish royalty for centuries and today one of the country’s premier art museums. Travel along the Vistula River before entering the Krakow Ghetto. Here, you’ll see remnants of Kazimierz, Krakow’s historical Jewish quarter, before stopping to relax at an authentic Polish restaurant for lunch. There is no single supplement surcharge for single travellers.

What is cancellation policy?

Cancellation fees – Cancellation fees may apply to any cancellations by the traveller of a service provided by Get-Locals.com. Unless otherwise specified, the cancellation policy is as follows:

  1. Cancellations for set tours and made more than 24 hours prior to travel receive a full refund.
  2. Cancellations for set tours made 24 hours or less prior to travel require the traveller to pay for the tour in full, and no refund will be issued.

Cancellations for custom itineraries (“Create Your Own”) are as follows:

  • 60+ days to departure – Full refund
  • 59 – 31 days to departure – 50% cancellation fee
  • 30 days and under to departure – 100% cancellation fee

What happens in the event of bad weather?

In the event of bad weather forecast we will contact you the day before and offer you either a refund or an amended tour for the following day.

We always advice to wear suitable clothing for the day of the tour as not every day is guaranteed sunshine.
