Museum of the City of Chisinau

It is place where you can have a panoromic view of Chisinau.It is an interesting building there is a lift up to 5 th floor than you have to walk up the stairs up to the 7 th floor.Therefore it is not suitable for wheel chair users…

The National Museum of History of Moldova

The National Museum of History of Moldova takes place among the most significant museum institutions of the Republic of Moldova, in terms of both its collection and scientific reputation. The permanent exhibition of the museum is conceived and realized by a group of specialists who have chosen the way of presentation based on strict scientific subjects in accordance with chronology and supported by expressive force of exhibits, these original evidences representing the historical and archaeological heritage preserved in the museum. The exhibition space covers an area of 1,700 sq. m. and is used optimally, observing all the conservation and safety requirements.

National Museum of Moldovan Art

This museum was recently renovated with the help of the Government of Romania. It houses a diverse collection of national art in a perfectly renovated period building. Not to be missed.

Parliament of the Republic of Moldova

The Parliament of the Republic of Moldova is the supreme representative body of the Republic of Moldova, the only state legislative authority, being a unicameral structure composed of 101 elected deputies on lists, for a period of 4 years.

Moldova National Opera Ballet

The National Opera and Ballet Theatre of Moldova Moldova, is one of the leading opera and ballet theatres in Eastern Europe. It is housed in a building on the Boulevard Stefan the Great, one of the main roads in Chişinău. In 2012, it was given the name of the renowned opera singer Maria Bieșu.

Stefan cel Mare Park & Statue

Ștefan cel Mare Central Park Formerly known as Pushkin Park, it is the oldest park in Moldova and spans about 7 hectares (17 acres). It has gained the nickname “The Park of the Lovers” in Chișinău due to its popularity as a meeting spot for couples. The park contains 50 species of trees, some of which are quite old.

I'm a solo traveller, is there a single supplement?

There is no single supplement surcharge for single travellers as this is a private tour. The more travelers in your private group the bigger the discount for the private tour.

What is cancellation policy?

Cancellation fees – Cancellation fees may apply to any cancellations by the traveller of a service provided by Get-Locals.com. Unless otherwise specified, the cancellation policy is as follows:

  1. Cancellations for set tours and made more than 24 hours prior to travel receive a full refund.
  2. Cancellations for set tours made 24 hours or less prior to travel require the traveller to pay for the tour in full, and no refund will be issued.

Cancellations for custom itineraries (“Create Your Own”) are as follows:

  • 60+ days to departure – Full refund
  • 59 – 31 days to departure – 50% cancellation fee
  • 30 days and under to departure – 100% cancellation fee

What happens in the event of bad weather?

In the event of bad weather forecast we will contact you the day before and offer you either a refund or an amended tour for the following day.

We always advice to wear suitable clothing for the day of the tour as not every day is guaranteed sunshine.
