What to Expect

The Izmailovo tour is a great combination of Russian history, architecture, cuisine and crafts.     Cross the bridge and reach the colourful walls of the new Izmailovo Kremlin.

    Visit the “Vodka Museum” to learn more about the legendary Russian drink and take a shot to feel the vibe!

I'm a solo traveller, is there a single supplement?

There is a minimum of two per booking on this tour.

What is cancellation policy?

Cancellation fees – Cancellation fees may apply to any cancellations by the traveller of a service provided by Get-Locals.com. Unless otherwise specified, the cancellation policy is as follows:

  1. Cancellations for set tours and made more than 24 hours prior to travel receive a full refund.
  2. Cancellations for set tours made 24 hours or less prior to travel require the traveller to pay for the tour in full, and no refund will be issued.

Cancellations for custom itineraries (“Create Your Own”) are as follows:

  • 60+ days to departure – Full refund
  • 59 – 31 days to departure – 50% cancellation fee
  • 30 days and under to departure – 100% cancellation fee

What happens in the event of bad weather?

In the event of bad weather forecast we will contact you the day before and offer you either a refund or an amended tour for the following day.

We always advice to wear suitable clothing for the day of the tour as not every day is guaranteed sunshine.

How do I find the tour start meeting point?

 

Generally, hotel pick-up is possible. Contact us beforehand to make an appointment.

Otherwise, we will pick you up at 10:00 in front of St Basil’s Cathedral, on the red square.
