Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

• For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
• If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
• Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
• Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Cancellation fees – Cancellation fees may apply to any cancellations by the traveler of a service provided by Get-Locals.com. Unless otherwise specified, the cancellation policy is as follows:

1. Cancellations for set tours and made more than 24 hours prior to travel receive a full refund.
2. Cancellations for set tours made 24 hours or less prior to travel require the traveler to pay for the tour in full, and no refund will be issued.
