Start with a pick-up from your hotel in Bucharest in a Mercedes E-Class (for small groups) or Mercedes Vito (for groups larger than 4 people). Departure towards Pitești and Curtea de Argeș.

Arrive at Curtea de Argeș Monastery, one of the most famous monasteries in Romania, known for its history and legends. Depart towards Brădetu, located in the Valsan Valley Natural Reserve.

Arrive at Pensiunea Ciprian Brădetu. Enjoy a traditional Romanian lunch at the guesthouse. Depart with 4×4 vehicles from the guesthouse, exploring the Valsan Valley Natural Reserve. Discover breathtaking spots, including the Valsan Dam, Molivis Natural Reserve, Transfăgărășan Road, and Vidraru Dam.

Return to Pensiunea Ciprian Brădetu for a short break and relaxation. Depart for Bucharest in a Mercedes E-Class or Mercedes Vito, with estimated arrival between 20:30-21:00 depending on traffic.

I'm a solo traveller, is there a single supplement?

There is no single supplement surcharge for single travellers as this is a private tour. The more travelers in your private group the bigger the discount for the private tour.

What is cancellation policy?

Cancellation fees – Cancellation fees may apply to any cancellations by the traveller of a service provided by Get-Locals.com. Unless otherwise specified, the cancellation policy is as follows:

  1. Cancellations for set tours and made more than 24 hours prior to travel receive a full refund.
  2. Cancellations for set tours made 24 hours or less prior to travel require the traveller to pay for the tour in full, and no refund will be issued.

Cancellations for custom itineraries (“Create Your Own”) are as follows:

  • 60+ days to departure – Full refund
  • 59 – 31 days to departure – 50% cancellation fee
  • 30 days and under to departure – 100% cancellation fee

What happens in the event of bad weather?

In the event of bad weather forecast we will contact you the day before and offer you either a refund or an amended tour for the following day.

We always advice to wear suitable clothing for the day of the tour as not every day is guaranteed sunshine.
